travankore’s Fair Trade Returns policy?
At travankore, we want you to be completely satisfied with each and every purchase. Our endeavor in creating this bridge between buyers and sellers is dependent on a satisfied community. We hope to get it right for you, every single time, and aim to provide you with a hassle free shopping experience.
In the event that you receive an item that is ‘Defective’, ‘Damaged’ or ‘Not As Described’, our Fair Trade Returns Policy protects you.
Resolution could be in the form of Replacement or Refund, backed by travankore’s 2-week Replacement Guarantee.
Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the Seller. In case the product is out of stock, you will receive a Refund.
Returns are an easy procedure, simply follow the following steps:
- Contact us and provide Order ID details and provide the reason that you want to return the product
- Customer Support will confirm the return request and issue an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number and will inform you about the pickup process.
- Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
There is no extra charge for return/replacement
Please initiate the return with the travankore’s 2 week Replace Guarantee period. Please check the respective Sellers replacement terms before initiating the return (Seller specific terms are provided on the Sellers page).
Refund is for the entire amount paid by you, including shipping charges, against the original receipt.
Replacement/Refund will be initiated once the Seller receives the product from you
